abbeyr212 Nope. Not true. I worked at a bank. If you're legal for a contract, you're legal for a credit card. 18 baby! Not that it's a good idea to get a card at 18, but it is possible. That's why college students are targeted.

abbeyr212 That's right! And maybe if it was a one time slip (which is still inexcusable), like he had a few too many drinks and just got stupid, maybe it could be let go. But he did this repeatedly, with multiple women. And he had elaborate plans to keep it concealed....
