I have worked on my current work for almost 3 years. I get the salary increasing from 6000 to 8000. About 6% increasing every year. But before that, I always get 50% increasing when change a work. What about you?
You can choose:
A: 0% -- 5%
B: 5% -- 8%
C: 8% -- 10%
D: 10% -- 12%
E: More than 12%.

I think it is ashame when some people work very hard at their job and then they don't get an increase in salary or if they do it is very small. I don't have a job right now since I am a stay at home mom but when I used to work I learned through the years not to settle on anything less than .50cents more an hour (even that isn't very good). I remember one year at one of my jobs the boss said they weren't giving out raises that year, yeah right. I found out that was a lie and found myself another job.

I think my boss is heartless cause we dont get to have a raise. I think its not in his vocabulary to do that even if he is already earning a lot of money in his company. He havent given us our payment for working last December 24 and December 31, it was suppose to be a holiday and he said we are going to work at that time which we did but he hasnt given us yet. We asked him like many times already and he told us there are not enough funds for it which I dont believe cause we are aware of the amount of money he gets from our students. It makes us even more disappointed knowing that he bought a new treadmill and another kind of exercise machine. I dont like my boss and I also dont believe in anything that he says. I dont give in anymore when he said we are going to work on the holidays.
