I woke up this morning because of a phone call from a friend all the way from Dubai. She was asking for financial assistance because of her credit card problem. According to her she has an outstanding balance of 860k pesos loan. What else she can do in order for her to restructure her payment because she was advised that she needs to settle atleast half of this before any arrangement? Is it true that in this place, that the corrective action in place for delinquent card user is imprisonment?

talk to the bank officer to give your friend a time to pay...
i sure the bank can give your friend time...

hi noeraripin, she's a girl. She told me that the bank did not allow for any payment arrangement. That's why I'm wondering, if in Dubai they are not allowing for payment arrangement. I've been in credit card related fields for 6 years but I believe that as long as the cardholder is willing to pay their balances the bank will propose for an arrangement. Since it will be a win win situation.
