In our house we have 3 TV's. Some people have more and some people have less! I think it really depends on what country your from because where I am from it seems like most people have at least 2 TV's! I would like to know how many TV's are in your house! Hope to hear form people soon! Happy Mylotting!

Well is true, depending where you live and how much you can afford, your household will hold more then others. So I can admit I have what is necessary.

Well I think life is quite practical and someone isolated with out tv. Try it for a month and see how you feel, just pretend you don't have them and dont turn them on. You will find yourself looking for a substitute for boredom other wise.

We also have 3. One id very small so we hardly ever watch it. it's in our guest bedroom. The other is in the pool room and we have a 50 inch plasma in the living room. The plasma Steve got for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. It's a good thing we have more then one because our tv viewing is very different. Give me a good murder mystery, i can watch them for hours but steve is more into the stupid comedys, lol.

I love my plasma. We don't have high def added onto our cable but still the picture I get is sooo good. I'd like to add high def but trying to watch the monthly bills right now. Maybe in the future. I think you'd really enjoy the plasma.

We are planning on getting a new TV for our living room and we are thinking about getting a plasma also! It is funny how a family can have completely different likes for TV genres! Steve sounds like one of my faimly! LOL!!! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!

Currently, we only have 1 television, and no cable at that. LOL. We just recently moved, and we haven't had a chance to contact the cable operator on our building yet.. We are also planning on buying another television, cause I don't want to be constantly fighting with my brother as to what to watch specially during the night.

Haha... no cable! LOL!!! I would not be able to live with one TV only let alone one with no satellite or cable! I guess since you moved then you are off the hook! LOL! I am thinking about buying a new television to replace the one on our living room! I like to watch TV in the evening! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!

I used to have a TV in my room but after I bought the PC I stopped watching it all. I could watch all the shows and programs that I wanted via internet and having a TV totally wasn't worth it. So I gave it to my grandma so she could watch all the annoying sitcoms and she's been so far very happy about it. So am I!

I still like to watch my TV before I go to bed but I do spend a lot of time on the computer! I especially like to be on Mylot! I do not like watching shows on internet because I can not be as comfortable in my computer chair! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!

yes it does depend on the fact that which country one is from. in my house we have only t.v, we watch whatever we find interesting. it is a big deal as i am most of the time either on computer or i am studying so i watch t.v whenever i find time and generally all watch what i am watching or the reverse.

We have 3 tvs in our house also. We have one in our living room that we all watch together. We also have a smaller one in the kids playroom. That way if we were watching something that the kids couldn't watch or weren't interested in, then they could go watch cartoons or a movie in the playroom. Then we got a tv for free, so we put that in our bedroom. I like to relax and watch a few minutes of tv before I go to bed.

Cool.... you have the same amount of TV's that we do! Our family also likes to watch TV together in the living room just like you! Sometimes my son will go to his room and watch TV if we are watching something else that he does not want to! I like to have a TV in our bedroom so we can watch it before we go to bed! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!

well, do you only want to count the ones actually plugged in?
plugged in we have 4, but the other roommate has another 2 that aren't plugged in
The roomie who works from home has a tv in her bedroom and a tv in the work space - that one's actually been there right along, but until this last year and a half, it hasn't been used a WHOLE lot.
the other roommate has one in her bedroom as well, and I have one in the front room - that I mostly watch the weather on... well, and NCIS and Flash Forward
as for the other 2, no idea if they work or not - I don't have one in my bedroom, bedrooms are for sleeping, the only reason the roomie has one is that is also where her computer is - the tv is off when she goes to bed

When I was growing up my family only had one TV in the house. It was in the living room. Now in my home we actually have 4 Tv's in the house. One in the living room, and one each in the three bedrooms. Two of them are hooked up for cable and two are just to watch DVD's on. The reason for so many TV is because my daughter and her family are living with me at this time. If I was alone I would only have two TV's one in my bedroom and one in the living room.

It was the same for me growing up.... only one TV in the house and it was when there was only about 5 channels! It is the same with us as far as having them in all the bedrooms and in living room! I like to watch TV before I go to bed so I can have something to do for a little while! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!

Like you said it is about average to have two TV's in a house! You are like us which is cool... we both have s TV's! I wish some time in the future we could get a flat screen! I do not see it happening any time soon though! My son uses the TV in his room to play play station 2 and wii. I wish I watched TV less... I could get more done! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!
