I found a new job after staying at home for one and a half years. As a little boy's mother I'm not so young as my new colleagues. That's not a problem. The question is, so many boring things of colleague relationships involved in this office. As a fresh person, I never put my feet into either part, but it's still difficult to protect myself. How could I do?

Is it because there are loads of relationships in the office and it making you feel uncomfortable, thats never nice, when your worried about who you can talk to as everyone has someone in the office they will pass it on to. Do you feel as if you need to protect yourself from all the drama that could go on? Or do you mean something else? Sorry if I havent understood completely.
