Coconuts are good for digestion. I used to munch it all the time. But I bought a real coconut and broke it all up myself. Supposedly the milk is good for you too.

Actually banana can even constipate so I don't think it aids in digestion. Nevertheless if you eat in moderation then it is fine. Now if you like fruits that aid in digestion, I suggest ripe papaya and avocado. They are great for that purpose I assure you. I do eat papaya everyday and for that my stomach is always clean. It does really cleanse the colon so wanna try today?

Banana is the best but if you don't like it you can try orange, potato, these are also good for digestion. Also keep in mind that mixing many different types of foods taxes the digestive system. Experiment with simple meals of just two or three different foods. Raw fruit dampens the digestive fire, especially during the winter when we are already cold. As such, those with weak digestion might find that eating raw fruit with meals causes intestinal gas and bloating. Cooked fruit is a fine dessert, and you can still use raw fruit for snacks — but know that even as an occasional snack, fruit might be a problem if your digestive fire is smoldering rather than blazing.
Well, all fruits help in digestion. But fruits rich in vitamin C helps an digestion the most.
