Do u drink the water in same quantity in both the season hot and cold..?

Hello friends as you know drink plenty of water is good for health..do u drink the water in the same quantity in both the season summer and winter..Yeah! in Summer season we are more thirsty and drink more..but it doesn't mean we should drink in small quantity in winter season..We should drink in good amount in Winter season also...I have keep one bottle of 1 litre..and i try to drink 3-4 bottle means 3-4 litre in one day..in both the season...What about u...?

Hello,
I have observed that the quantity of my water intake increases in summer and decreases considerably in the winter. Now I am beginning to think that it has something to do with the temperature. What I mean is that in summer we easily get dehydrated. The more you sweat the more you loose the water balance in your body. This invariably makes us more thirsty. Thus we drink more water. In winter the temperature falls and the water becomes icy cold, which makes it difficult to drink. But, the water quantity that we need is more or less the same during all seasons. So in those dry winters we shouldn't reduce the intake. Thanks.

yes, no matter what season we are, I always
the drink the same quantity of water- about
2-3 glasses a day and only in the hotest days
I drink my water very cold but in the same
quantity again!

since Indonesia, my country, did not recognized winter, so i drink water not depend on season.
I drink two glasses of water after getting up in the morning, one glass of water before taking a bath, one glass before having breakfast, lunch or dinner and one glass before getting sleep.
Of course, among that time i still drink water too.

the aim drinking water after getting up in the morning is to normalize our organ of body; before taking a bath is to minimize hypertension; before taking eat is to optimize our digestion organ; have a drink before getting sleep is to prevent heart attack and stroke.

I am not so concious about my drinking water habit. But I always see to it that I drink at least 1 glass of water everytime I wake up in the morning, then after breakfast, then before and after lunch; later in the afternoon then after dinner. That's my usual routine. If I am doing an outdoor activities, I drink much water than the usual. I think I complied the recommended 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking is not only quenching our thirst. I believe drinking water is one of the best anti-oxidant to our body. It is also a best moisturize to your skin. If you lack water in your body the skin shows up it's dryness. It leaves your skin dehydrated.

I am not so concious about how I consumed water in a day. But if I am going to itemized my routine, I think I complied the recommended 6 to 8 glasses of water per day; 1 glass when I wake up, 1 after breakfast, 1 before I go out for work, 1 at around 9 am, 1 in lunch time, 1 to 2 glasses between 3 to 5pm and then 1 in dinner time and 1 before I go to sleep. That's my regular drinking but I am doing outdoor activities, of course more than that I could consume.

yes i am... i love to drink water and no matter whether it is summer or winter, i always drink the same amount of water everyday... that's just me... i don't want to get myself dehydrated as well... that's why i am drinking lots of water... take care and have a nice day...

Hey siliguri! I drink alot of water in both seasons! I am always
thirsty so I still drink plenty of water always! I drink more
tea (with hot water) in the Winter months and drink cold water
at night too! In the Summer I do drink more water because I sweat
alot and need to keep hydrated! I drink alot of diet coke too,
which I know isn't the best thing for me, but I like it! So, I
do drink alot of liquids in both seasons~

In winter i take less quantity of water.. but in summer i take double quantity of water than winter.. because in summer their is too hot and also water is a very important for our body.. so i take in high quantity in summer days..

hello
in summer we lose more water from our body mainly as sweat.. so to compensate we need more water in summer than in winter..ofcourse i have a bad habit of drinking water while taking food, some say this is bad..

For me drinking water is very common in any season.I do not have any restriction. Generally I drink at least 2 liters of water daily but in summer it increases around 2.5 liters. I have created a habit to drink water since my child hood and as habituated I even carry water bottle with me on my visiting even near by places and avoid drinking water from hotels or other places.

Nope, I drink more water in summer than in winter. But it doesn't mean we need a small amount of water in winter. I think an adequate amount is ok.
