since then i am thin,,, i am slim pig,, no matter how much or how many times i eat,,, i do not get fat,,, i only gain weight about 2-3 kgs.,,, some of my friends told me that i am lucky because no matter how much i eat, i am still slim...
is it with the blood? my family are all not fat? how could i be fat really?maybe if i get married and bear a child, maybe that will be the time i will get fat, but my mother til now is still not fat,,,

It's a lot easier to gain weight than to lose it. You just have to eat almost all the time, as in all the time! The moment you open your eyes in the morning, eat your breakfast and never stop until bedtime. That's what I do when I was a kid and I gained weight doing that. And I suggest that you watch tv or just sit in front of your computer all day, just sit all day and do nothing.

That is easy for me.
I used to be very skinny. Had two children and only weighed 54 Kilo's.
Being 1 meter 72.
I increased my weight by working hard. This way I got more appetite and eat more.
I worked in construction. This really works up an appetite.
Know a days, I don't work in construction anymore, and now I want to lose weight. We people are never satisfied are we.

Yes i am trying to increase my body weight. I got some good tips from my family doctor. He advice to mix honey with hot milk and drink twice a day. Now i am seeing some improvement in my health.

That's so easy, you just have to eat a lot, take a multivitamins to increase your appetite, sleep longer hours, drink milk often and do not exercise. I can't see any reason why you don't get fat in the process. But there are people who whatever they try to do, they can't get fat. It's because sometimes it's in their genes or they have a strong metabolism. If you are like this, try to exercise more, do weight lifting to add some muscles in your body.
