shigeraldz i do not really have that daily routine/schedule for exercise.. my mean of exercise is simply walking from my boarding house to office or reverse... and my other form of my exercise is play badminton and volleyball... :-)

Shocking but indeed it is true..i don't know why it. I'm amazed by seeing the madness of the people towards this games. I'm wondering what extraordinary has in this games. Do you have the answer of it..?

shigeraldz me too, i never like to watch football..i always turn/change the channel..i found it boring for me..but it is not that making it a not so nice sport,it is just i do not like watching it.. peace to all football lovers!!!! ,v!!!

shigeraldz oh yes, i forgot, after you finish all stuffs, save it as jpeg in powerpoint... chose the "save as" option so you can pick what type of format is the output of the slide you make in powerpoint... save as JPEG for pictures and the like... i hope you got it,,,

shigeraldz well, at first that i do not have adobe photoshop or no knowledge at all with it, i use microsoft powerpoint to do like what you wanted... first edit the picture using the picture toolbar of the powerpoint program, adjust its brightness to make it lighter or...

shigeraldz try www.atdhe.net site.. it is where you can watch free live sports but i am not a fan of football game so i do not specifically know if this is the site you are looking for... just try it..there is no harm in trying..enjoy watching... :-)

shigeraldz i usually sleep with lights off, but sometimes if i am afraid and think that the thing i am afraid can only be seen at dark so i switch the lights on... but mostly i do sleep with the lights off... :-)

I have a problem trying to get to sleep when it is soo hot as i find it soo hard to get comfortable to begin with.All i seem to do is toss and turn and end up only getting a few hours sleep of a night time.
