Anyone knows how to set our photo as background image

Hi, Anyone knows how to set our photo as background image and can write wording or put pic on it.I want make something and want to put one photo as background pic and write on it and also put some small photo on it,, Can anyone provide some suggestion.

well, at first that i do not have adobe photoshop or no knowledge at all with it, i use microsoft powerpoint to do like what you wanted... first edit the picture using the picture toolbar of the powerpoint program, adjust its brightness to make it lighter or its contrast.. then if i think the brightness is now okay, you can now put writing on it by using that "textbox" or any shape by adding/editing text to it -- of course with no border of the shape.. i think you know how to do it as simple as that, if you still do not get what i mean or everybody means, maybe you can explore by yourself and see it yourself the outcome that you wanted.. there is no harm in trying at least you have tried how to deal with some thing like this... explore and explore... :-0

oh yes, i forgot, after you finish all stuffs, save it as jpeg in powerpoint... chose the "save as" option so you can pick what type of format is the output of the slide you make in powerpoint... save as JPEG for pictures and the like... i hope you got it,,,

Hello! Of course Adobe Photoshop is the best software to use for that task. First you have to know that the process of putting one picture over the other can be called layering and that's what you are doing in Photoshop. So if you want two mix two photos and one word in one picture, you will need to create three layers. One layer for the first photo, another layer for the text, and one more layer for the second photo. After you create the three layers, you have to decide in what order they will be, which one go for the front layer, which one for the middle, and which one for the back. Of course each of them can be customized. You can change it size, color, brightness, etc. To give more emphasis on each layer, the background should be the lightest and you can achieve that by lowering the percent of Opacity. If you are confused and cannot follow what I am saying, of course you can always search for the Internet as there are really a lot of Photoshop tutorials there. Have a great day!

You can do it on Adobe Photoshop, but if you dont know how to use it, You can use MS Paint.

Ya i doonot know photoshop, i want to set photo first light and then set it as background image and then go about writting, but how should i go about in MS paint to make it light.
