Have you experienced waking up in the morning having a headache and you wandered what made you got? Would it been the food you taken last night, or cause of sleep position? what do you do if you had, do you take a pain reliever pills then?

That happened to me once in a while. It happened because of lack of sleep for me. Because I am going home around 12mn and I need to wake up at around 4:30am. Once I woke up headache really kills me. If that will happened to me, I immediately rushed to our bath room and took some shower to freshen up. After a while headache is gone.

I wake on a regular basis with a headache. I know mine in caused by sinus problems. I take a sinus pill and some pain reliever. Then I go sit in my favorite chair and sleep it off. I can't lay back down in bed. It just makes it worse.

am a master of headache causes since lack of caffeine does this to me coupled with my sensitivity to scents. waking up after sleeping a headache off and still experiencing it means it's not bound to go away and if this occured at the start of my day i'd take medication that would make me sleepy. some headaches really do require sleep not just anywhere but in a darkened quiet room for some migraine sufferers find comfort in this. beware of any kind of scents: food, perfume, whatever for this may aggravate the headache. sleep, otherwise, you might end up vomiting in the day.

Hello ritchelle, thank you for sharing. We do need enough sleep then but somehow I think when you had more than enough of sleeping hours I think you tend to get headache as well. It's really terrible to have a headache, thus in need to take a pill then.
Happy mylotting.

hi...sheanne,,,having a headache after waking up in the morning sometimes annoys me. it can be the position when you were sleeping or too much or less sleep can be the problem two. keep 7-8 hours sleep daily. if you often take a nap, don't make it too long. it may affect your night sleep.
