Health is wealth... I am a health concious person that I always take what is right to do just to avoid diseases and illness. Like for instance, I don't want to stress myself to work so hard just to earn much money to the extent that I will not take a sleep. I don't want to work like a carabao. Now here comes the money,,,wow, plenty of money I earned from my own sweat and strength but,,,but I will just end up my body to take a rest in the hospital, so where will my money go? to the doctor, right? so what is left for me? the overhauled body... So I don't care, I don't care I don't have much money as long as I am healthy and strong. Our body is like a machine that when overused, it will be malfunctioning.

yeah, maybe this saying is correct, because being healthy means that you are also happy, and money is actaully not so important, because if you are healthy you can work and earn money, but money can't always find a cure for some sicknesses and that's why people say that healthy is wealth

The statement health is wealth is absolutely right.I go further and add that there is a healthy mind in a healthy body.What is the use of all the wealth and material comforts if we aren't healthy in mind and body as we can't enjoy our wealth.It is essential we keep our mind free from tension and stress as it adds years to our life.A healthy body and mind helps us accomplish our goals.

Hello resonance2050, welcome to mylot. Health is wealth is correct, if you have a healthy body you have the most valuable wealth in life. Even how wealthy someone is but he/she had a health problem (like having a cancer, other dreadful diseases) you are still not rich at all. On the other hand even how poor someone is but he/she got a healthy body, you have so much to thank for being wealthy than the rich sickly person.
