Bux.to - Scam or not?

Hello Mylotters, Today my friend recived 60$ from bux.to after 2 years!(:D) So, my question is easy, is Bux.to Scam or not? Yeah, Lots of people say :"Bux.to is scam or bux.to was good". I belive my friend but I am waiting about two years too and I did no recive anything. Plus I can not post anything on their forum. So, What is your oppinion?

it is a scam..they didn't pay me and their forum doesn't work/ i couldn't contact them too.

It is a definite scam ,but even if it is not,who will wait 2 years for payment!!!!

Hi, I was using Bux.to long time ago but I am no longer visiting the site and no longer using it.

Yes bux.to scam site. Batter you avoid it and invest your time to other place. I don't know how your friend got the payment.
