I am the world's greatest hater of maths. But I am compulsorily forced to do maths as that is one of my school subjects. And also my parents , relatives and teachers pressurize me to score well in maths even though they know that it is my ARCH RIVAL. They say that people good in maths get admission in good colleges, good jobs and are well placed in their lives. Is that true ? No that can't be ! Have you faced such situations in your life ? Hate maths more than me ? That can't be , anyway please respond !

Sorry, but I love math so much. This is science that makes you think. Surely there is reason to not like math, but ignores it, and you will see that you can become the favorite subjects of course if you put the effort. Have a nice day!

Math is an exercise in reason. You are right or wrong. There is only one answer. Feelings will not alter the final solution. Math is hardest on those who are feeling their way through life. It is a great exercise for your reason capability. The more you do math; the easier it is. Don't beat yourself by thinking you can't do math. Study until you understand just how it works then it will no longer be hard. 1 plus 1 equals 2.That was hard one day in your life. Pretty easy once you understand it.

But you know what, when people learn to love math, math will also learn to love you. That easy. I learn to love math when I turned 15. hehehe Just enjoy it. But dont forget to study. God bless! Hope i help..

I like math and I like numbers. Im good at it thats why I took an Engineering course. But math is not for everyone. Even my sister here sucks at math. But shes good at English technical writing and I suck at it. Anyway people have their own likes and dislikes. You dont have to be good at math to get a good job, you could land a job if you just have passion on what you do, be that math or no math at all. People will see how sincere you are on what you do and people will respect that. I want to give you an example and that example is me. Even though I took an Engineering course I now work at an automotive industry which is hard labor and does not involve any math at all. Yet here I am I have a job and I'm passionate for it. Another is my sister shes not good in math but she took up Information Technology course and yet she is an editor for their school paper(which involves no math at all). So you see what I'm saying? You dont have to be good at math to have a good job. You could have a great job and not be good at math at all.

If you hate math so much then just ignore it. If your parents pressurize you then explain to them that you're not really interested.

Well when I was a kid I really despised math until my grandmother taught me very strictly about my maths. From that day on, math has always been my friend. Math is divided into levels, easy, medium, hard. I think I'm reached the toughest part of math and it tastes like chili.. I'm happy though.

Albert Einstein said once: "Don't worry about your difficulties in Mathematics. I can assure you mine are still greater." If you keep practicing, maths are not so bad. The key is to have a progressive learning.

Well, I really like Math. So I definitely do think you need to get a different perspective. Have you wondered about why you hate the subject so much? Is it just because you are under so much pressure to perform well in the subject or maybe your teacher is really horrible? I think if you thought about Math in terms of things that you like and enjoy and actually use everyday, it would make things a lot easier for you and you would actually start finding it much easier. I completely do sympathize with you because I had the same problem in Biology. One of my teachers actually used to pick on me all the time. She once actually gave someone with a completely wrong diagram more points than my right diagram (I know this I had mine checked by another teacher and mine was correct). She completely put me off the subject as her attitude never made me want to sit in class and learn. Do talk to someone if something like this is happening with you. You will definitely enjoy more if there is someone fun teaching you. Good luck and I hope you do really well no matter how much you dislike the subject. And don't worry, if your calling is something else, I'm sure you will do just as well. You use Math everywhere everyday. So more than focussing on doing well, just make sure you understand what's going on.

Well if you don't like it,then don't do it.Just do as much as you require to pass your exams and don't try to complete all the assignments on one day but practice a little bit everyday. This way you would start to develop an interest in it.Well maths sharpens the logical part of your brain but if you pressurize yourself too much in learning it then it can have negative effects also. So just chill and don't take too much stress.
