How do you spend your day during hot summer days and nights?

during the hot summer months i just try to stay indoors. my office has air-conditioning so i feel fine at work. at home i keep the electric fan on all night; i try to minimize the use of the air-con to save on electric bills. during the week-end i may go to the mall just to cool-off and window-shop, sometimes see a movie. keep cool kenchiprincess :)

i am working in a fully air-conditioned office so i do not have to switch on electric fans,5 days a week for work... but during day-off on saturdays and sundays, oh my gosh, i really have to switch on the electric fans at my boarding house to its maximum... and i seldom go out because it is really scorching hot outside... i do not go for "malling" because i will be tempted to buy unnecessary things...

There is a really nice cafe just up the street from my apartment that has an outdoor patio and serves hot and cold drinks. I love to sit up there in hot weather.

Though I don't have hypertension, I prefer to stay at home during summer because I easily get dizzy and feel like I want to drink more water, causing frequent excretion which I don't want to get myself into. I try to do most of the tasks before noon, and sometimes I don't take a nap in the afternoon. When the heat dissipates at night, I try to do some of the things I haven't finish in the morning as long as less physical effort is required. But if I have to go out, I always bring with me a bottle of water or any beverage, a cold one is always the best. Stay away from sickness while enduring the summer and the el nino. They will take a vacation soon, I hope.

most of the time i just stay at home coz its very expensive to go out, though sometimes we went to beach if theres invitation from friends, sometimes we went to the mall just to cool ourself though its quite expensive coz you also need to buy some stuff while in there. anyway, whether its summer or not, most of the time im busy infront of my laptop at home.

I usually sleep in the afternoon but right now it's so hot that i can't sleep at all so i just spend it mylotting or playing video games just to keep me occupied. Sometimes i just watch movies or tv.

Going to the pool or beach, other than that just trying to spend the days and nights in air conditioned rooms as much as possible :)
