how do you enjoy your lonely time? You know that we often to be alone..

When I feel alone or lonely, it's either I go to sleep or play the games I have on my profile in facebook. Getting lonely at times is normal. But we have our own ways of satisfying ourselves and making ourselves feel happy.

I love to read and spend much time with a book whenever I have a chance. I also like to take my dog for walks on the beach and garden when I am by myself. I don't love cleaning but it is so much easier to do when you are alone rather than when there is someone else in the house messing up as you are cleaning up.

Hello rohmatsw,
I enjoy my loney time watching my favorite shows. Cutt ing out my receipes I have in stack and get them in the binders. I watch my favorite sports. I go for walks.
I like writing and coming up with poems. I like to contemplate or think of answers to problems I may have. I do like to my chores I seem to get them quicker when I am alone. I also like to cook and do my gardens.

I usually spend my lonely time inside my room. Changing my curtains and cleaning the entire room... Arranging and experimenting the things inside to have a new look that pleases my eyes.

I go on the internet aswell as do other things that need doing,so i do not get the time to feel like i am on my own and lonely.I think that as long as you have things to do or places to go then you never seem to feel all alone.I spend alot of my time on the pc aswell as making cards.

I used to feel lonely alot of the time but I was very co-dependant and I would get very depressed. After a long time of feeling this way I got tired of it and decided to do something about it. I started walking alot and exercising. I know that isn't the answer to every problem but after a couple of weeks of light exercise and walking I found that I was starting to feel better. I ask my doctor why this changed the way I was feeling and he told me that exercise actually helps to release a chemical that we will call the happy chemical from our brain. I don't know what the real term is called. I found that this did help and then I could start to enjoy my alone time.

you can be lonely even if you're with a crowd.
I'm a loner but not lonely. Being lonely is just a state of mind. There are certain reasons why you are feeling lonely, maybe because you're missing someone special. I think that's the time one is being lonely. It is different from being sad. If that feeling occur, you should divert into something to focus and enjoy. Enhance your hobbies and develop it as a talent. Being lonely might get you sick.
