I usually use two pillows while sleeping but my niece do not use any pillow while sleeping. I find it a bit weird to see her sleep like that, specially while she sleep straight like a dead man. We always make fun of her when she sleeps. As for me I am comfortable with my two pillows. Tell me you experience...

Hi, velentina. You might want to make fun of me too. I don't sleep with a pillow either. I don't have a pillow on my bed at all. I would love to have one, but I have not bought one for my new bed yet. Sleeping on pillows does feel very good especially on the neck and the back.

I have pillows but I dont sleep on them. I prefer putting my pillows on my side when I sleep. I am already used to sleeping straight coz it relaxes my body. Sleeping on a pillow hurts my neck.

I use three pillows while sleeping. Two for my head, one for my legs - you know, having a pillow underneath your legs gives very good comfort. I am very much comfortable with the three pillows.

i always use pillows when sleeping.one for my head, one over my stomach and one under my knees.oh,make it four because i also have one on my side because i'm sleeping beside the wall.wall have cold surfaces,i don't like feeling something cold beside me,(sounds creepy?)
i also have a niece who sleeps beside me and she also uses a pillow for her head.
but one thing's odd about her is she's always have a blanket, even if it's super hot nowadays especially, she'll get mad without having her blanket.
and one more thing, she always wants to be with her blanket all the time, even if she's not sleeping!weird though but i think most of children do pass that stage! kinda sleepy here!have a nice one!

Hi, just like you i can't sleep without a pillow. Usually I have three - four pillows when i sleep. This is how I distribute the pillows, one in my head, one for my feet, one big pillow at my side and another small pillow that i love to hug. You can say I am a pillow person. Though the pillow on my head shouldn't be that thick for i am not comfy sleeping on a thick and hard pillow which my husband on the other hand wants it thick and stuffy.
As for your niece maybe she comfy without the pillows though that would really be rare since a lot would love a lot of pillows so far, based on the pilow that I know of.

of course .i sleep with a pillow.i like my pillow neither too high nor too low, neither too soft nor too hard.while my husband always likes two pillows to make his head high.lol.i asked him if he was comfortable,he said ok.so i let it be.it is true that everyone has different habits.bed and pillow are important for us,because we spend most of time in bed, right?

I have always had a pillow under my head while sleeping. I would think it would be very uncomfortable without one. I don't think I could sleep without a pillow. My neck hurts just thinking about it.

I find it impossible to sleep without a pillow, and I need two of them to get a perfect night of rest. For me, I find that two pillows gives me a chance to position my head exactly how I want without adding any strain or pressure to my neck.

I only use one pillow. That one is almost flat. If I use anything more or fuller, it gives me neckpain. I frequently sleep without any pillow at all, if I am sleeping on my back. You would probably make fun of me also. I used to use two or three pillows and it never bothered me. It seems the older I get, the less pillows I need.

i use two pillows too. in fact, i feel very uncomfortable if i sleep on lower supports for my head. i need a good and high resting place for my head while sleeping. i wonder how some people can sleep so comfortably, even snoring, anywhere they can lie upon even without any support for their heads! for me even a slight discomfort is enough to ruin my sleep completely, and pillow is one of them.

i usually sleep with atleast two pillows on my head because i want my head to be elevated. one pillow at my side to hug and another one on my legs that makes around four pillows in all. i really like to sleep on so many pillows. if ever i'm not sleeping on my bed i make sure i got atleast two pillows.

I used pillow in my childhood days but once i came to know that use of a pillow may affect the supply of blood flow to brain, i have limited the use of pillow regularly.
Until and unless its not mandatory, never use raised pillow .

Pillows are not usually recommended by the doctors. But Iam craze of pillows. I like four pillows(Which must be very soft) near me when I sleep. Two for the head, one for my hand and one for my leg. What to do with doctors recommendation when we really love pillows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
