mjanakha Too much of coffee or tea is bad to health. At the time of taking as some alcohols it seems very refreshing and healthy. But its a slow killer. so try avoiding more than 4 small cups

mjanakha There are many recipes with the seed and fruit. As its a seasonal fruit, during jackfruit times we used to have different dishes with jackfruit daily.
