Its true that everyone must eat healthy diet. But who cares that. If we are out for a shopping all the fried foods, fast foods, bakery items, choclates, icecreams all are surrounding us. How will I go pretending that I didnt see it. No diet........... Only eating delicious food ummmmmmmmm

Healthy eating is very good for you, we eat very healthly in our house.
My children have fresh fuit for part of there breakfast, three different fruits or veg in there lunch boxes and two veg at meal times. If they are hungry in the evening I tell them to go and have some friut or veg, if they say they don't want friut or veg I tell them they can't be that hungry. They have sweets and chocolate at weekends. Crisps in there lunch box on one day but the day they get crisps they don't have a piece of cake as they have crisps in stead of cake.

I think the issue of diet and nutrition are there not relationship, not all people have to diet, the diet is necessary for people who are overweight or obesity, but nutritious foods that everyone should be his consumption, the most important thing is to eat healthy and nutritious.
