mjanakha Too much of coffee or tea is bad to health. At the time of taking as some alcohols it seems very refreshing and healthy. But its a slow killer. so try avoiding more than 4 small cups

mjanakha Its not the rice , chappathi or other foods counts. Its the calories you intake measures the diet. You may be skipping rice and intaking other sugar or starch foods more so that your intaking calories increase. Without exercise you cannot burn these calories....

mjanakha I dont think a 2 year old kid will watch movies as my daughter dont do it. But some how she manages to sit in the theatre singing songs, or murmering or dancing to the music. But really its very hard time to see films with small children

mjanakha Artifical sweetners reduces the calories. But it does not have anything to do with the diabetis I feel. Diabetis results in the problem of insulin which converts glucose. So better consult some doctor if you want to use artificial sweetner for your diabetis...
