Due to the accident of my vehicle last week, I was busy on working to get my claim from other party's insurance. The whole process simply makes me mad and I just want to cuss them out. They denied my claim and giving some lame excuse of "Due to the severe weather, and icy road." Hey, he hit my car twice from behind, who is going to pay for the damage though? With all these hassles, and I was hand - tighted. Call this number, and that number, eventually I have to turn to my own insurance for help. Gosh, I wish everything will settle soon so I can get back here to work.

Oh gosh kingparker, I do hope you did not get also.
Insurance companies are great until you need them, after accidental occurrences. That sounds pretty lame indeed, that a person hits you from behind and they blame it on the weather conditions. Okay so if they do not pay for damages that the person accidentally occurred then I fail to see what the point is of paying an insurance company for.
In all honesty, if I was behind you and did these damages I would be furious with my insurance as this is why I am paying them for, because in reality if you decided to take me to small claims court and I loose then why am I paying for insurance. It is a known fact that anyone who hits a car, let it be due to weather conditions and or simply my neglect I am at fault.
