In India typhoid, pneumococcal vaccinations are considered to be optional. If you want you can give. But in uae these vaccinations are there in the chart and recommended to be given. I was living in India and just came to uae. what must I do for my two year child. Shall I give this vaccine or just leave?

I would give the shot. You would rather give them the shot then for them to get the disease. The disease will make him really sick probably and I wouldnt want your little one to get sick for something that you could have given a shot for.
