Sometimes we tend to focus on something we do not like that much rather than on the several good things we have. Aesthetics is important . Most probably you all have something about your lok you do not like, what is it? Would you be prepared to do sacrifices/operations/surgery to change?

For me if ever someone would offer me a free surgery, i would probably choose the
tummy tuck, since i wanted to get rid of my stretch marks and belly fat.
I've tried almost all the dietary pills, tea etc. but it doesn't work,
but rather i end up eating too much...
I hate it when i go with my dietary plans cause i always end up in a crash diet.
After I gave birth with my 2nd child, after 2 months i got pregnant again with
my 3rd child, now it has been 1 year and 2 months since i gave birth with my 3rd daughter, the problem that i am facing now is how to get slim and how to tone
down my body fat..Can someone help me with my problems? Please give some advice..

Well at this time I'm not very happy with my tummy. How i wish I can make it appear smaller quickly. My arms too are quite big even when I was still thin my arms are not really in good shape. So probably if i'll have a chance to change it I'll undergo surgery/tummy tuck to make my tummy look good and not flabby. As well as in my arms. I would like to wear sexy clothes but sometimes I couldn't coz I know I don't look that good.

I'm going to be honest. I like how I look and feel. I am a big, heavy and strong guy, and still adding on, against most people advice. Their reason is because I am such a big guy that the last thing I need are more muscles. I like having big muscles, because they feel good, I feel very confident, and the amount of strength that I possess. Having said that, I can't leave the weights alone since I like growing, and working on becoming the biggest strongest person I can be safely. I admit that I like being heavy also (340 pounds). People joke about me saying they know when I am coming due to the floor shaking. I used to be able to tip toe around places, but I don't even try anymore. Once I set off an alarm by walking. My increasing set of muscles also made me a different person. I am more 'confident'--- cocky and arrogant now that I like showing off my strength, which has caused me to become more destructive, and taking on more people doing something. I used to play football, but I was called the pipsqueak being one of the shorter people (i'm 5'9"), but was pretty strong, until I bulked up, I mean a lot too, I use a car for leg press and made everyone my target. Side effects of excessive muscle mass, constant hunger. I love eating but I have a five digit calorie intake. Grocery shopping is expensive for me, but I need the fuel. I have gotten aggressive and irritable lately to the point I now growl, but I am for the most part calm. Stupid hormone spike. I now realize that I size up things and people to see if I can pick them up. Finally, although I am bigger than a lot of people, I don't feel that big, even though I am, which is probably why I want more size. I truly do love what I am and have become.

Not really. Why? because i have got stretch marks that i had when i lost so much weight(30 pounds), i want to get rid of the excess fat in the arms, legs and abdominal area, i want to get rid of the pimples i have got from putting whitening creams(without facial cleaning) last week, i want to get rid of the dark circles that i have got for not sleeping on the right time, etc. hahaha. i don't want to undergo any surgical procedure just to achieve a flawless body so maybe, i'd just accept what i have right now and try to resolve the flaws by putting creams, lotions and other non-surgical methods.

Like everybody, there are certain things that I would change about my body, but on the whole, I am satisfied with my figure. I mean, I'm not out of shape and have, in personal opinion, an admirable body that whilst isn't anything spectacular, is good enough to keep me feeling confident about myself

Not at all. I think I have a lot of extra fats in my body. Lol. I'd love to shed off 30 lbs. if I can. I want to be super thin like a model.

Grkelly, i want you to know that i see changing the looks or someone as not being gretaful to GOD, who created all men and women and he knows what you should have and waht features you should exhibit to make you, you and different from other people, what am talking about is what makes you unique from others. So for me i wouldn'r want to change anything but what i want is to go to the gym and biuld up some muscles and eat so much to add weight. Happy mylotting

Well, we all do. But for me I have accepted it that I have this kind of figure/ body. So my answer is no, I don't like to change anything on myself. :) Besides I don't like the concept of surgery and operations to change some parts of your body, even if afterward it might look great. We all know that it will be gone too. :)

haha you dont even want to get me started. welll Im underweight. Im not anorexic or anyhthing but I'd still like to be skinner, I want to be short and skinny. I'm 5'2 right now and 89 pounds. I'd like to be 4'7 and 69 pounds. I obviously cant get any shorter but I really want to. So Im jus a little beyond measure obsessed with losing weight lately thinking, just maybe, maybe I'll get even an inch or two shorter along with the weight loose. Its worth a try, I guesss :)

I had my weight and BMI checked the other day, and I'm well within the healthy range for females of my age and height. I scored a little below average, though, on my flexibility and heart rate tests. It just confirmed what I already knew about myself- my weight is ok, but I'm not in as good of shape as I could be. I would be ok with losing 5-10 lbs so that my clothes fit better, but mostly I'd like to improve my strength and stamina to be healthier. It'll take some work to accomplish, but nothing I can't handle.
One feature of my body that I really don't care for is my nose. It's quite large and very round. But I'm definitely NOT willing to undergo surgery to get a different nose, that would be ridiculous in my opinion.

It would be easier to list the things I DO like about my body.. and it would be a very short list!
I have been considering surgery. I've had 5 kids, including a set of twins, so my tummy and chest area are very saggy, and not even diet and exercise will help that.. it's loose skin that will never bounce back. So I am considering surgically removing the excess skin.
Though aside from that I'd never consider surgery for anything. When I was a kid I used to think about getting my nose done, but as I grew up I realized my nose was okay. It's functional and it isn't the worst nose I've ever seen, and I can't imagine my face with any other nose.. so it's just not worth it.

I agree that most people are not entirely happy with their bodies and that includes me.
I would like to be thinner and more toned. At the same time I think to myself that I'm not a bad size for my age.
As a woman I am probably more conscious of this than men since women are judged more on how they look.
If I had the money I would not do surgery on myself. Several years ago I was interested in perhaps doing some light surgery but now I have no interest in changing my body through artificial means. I've also read and heard that it is very addictive to have surgery to enhance your looks.
I'd rather make any changes through diet and exercise.

Hi. Actually I don't think I can handle it. I mean going through surgeries and operations because whenever I think of the possible complications, it helps divert my thinking. I would rather do it the hard way than spend a lot and my life becomes at stake. I would rather stick to what I've got. Good day!

I had to start taking a new medication for a disorder I have that led to me gaining 20 pounds. I hate it. I've been trying to diet and exercise but since it's caused by medication, it's not easily lost. Unfortunately I really need this medication too and I haven't found a replacement that won't cause weight gain.
I am currently trying to just accept that this how my body now looks. I'm almost 30 and don't look like a teenager anymore. There's nothing really wrong with that. I'm not overweight. Just bigger than I've been most of my life. It really gets to me sometimes, like when I'm trying to buy jeans and I realize I've gone up 5 sizes. I also don't like looking at my naked body anymore and I don't like my boyfriend to see it either. I'm slowly learning to accept... I'm also still eating healthy and trying to exercise. Maybe I can't lose the whole 20 pounds but I'd like to lose a bit of it :)
