Most of us love to shop and go the mall. For women, it's mainly clothes, make-up, accessories, bags, shoes, grocery, stuff for the kids etc. For men, hardware, gadgets, clothes, shoes, toys etc. When we shop we have shopping patterns to, what stores to go first, which mall to go to, what day/s or time we like to go and we also have preference to shop alone or with someone. Others like to shop alone because they like to keep their own pace, they like to do it fast and they have a busy schedule or they just simply want to shop alone. Others prefer to shop with someone because its more fun, they like to get the opinion of their family or friends. For me, it depends on what I am shopping, if it's something I am not familiar with and is a major buy, like a laptop, a camera or a gadget I would prefer to have someone with me to help me make the right choice. But if it's a sensitive thing life personal items, I would prefer to shop alone or with my girl friends. How about you, do you prefer to shop alone or with someone?

I am an electronic buff and I don't mind shopping electronic products alone. But when I shop for clothes, bags, shoes, I prefer to go out with my mother or father as they have much better information in that compared to me.

We are opposites, when I shop for gadgets I like to shop with someone, mostly a family member. Although I like to research first before I buy a gadget, I feel more confident with what I am buying if someone is with me. But when I shop for clothes, bags, shoes and other personal items I prefer to shop alone because I like taking my time when I shop, trying them on and checking out several shops.

i prefer to shop alone so i can go on my own pace. some people tend to slow u down. while other people might rush u in places that u would prefer to stay a little longer.
but if i am just window shopping, then i prefer to go with someone else so we can hang out and chat and browse together.

When shopping my own stuffs I preferred to be alone. Reason number 1 is I am super choosy on things I need to buy where usually it takes a lot of roaming around comparing one thing to another. But in buying gadgets and other mechanical stuffs I need an expert to be with me.

Same with me. I usually like to check all my options before I buy and that means I take a long time in the mall. Some people are not as patient and gets tired easily or others just prefer to sit, eat or watch a movie when in the mall. Specially when there's a sale and there are a lot of people, not all of my family and friends can take the crowd and the "stress" of shopping. So most of the time I shop alone.

Hi beads..I believe in shopping with family . I go out for shopping every week with my family . no one would like to shop alone at least in my country !!!. The malls are so huge and we feel very lonely while shopping alone . And you mentioned that you like to shop with you girlfriends ???..you have more than 1 girl friend and you shop with all of them at a time ..It seems funny however . For me no matter what it is , I never shop alone . I go with my family or friends . Happy mylotting and have a nice day ?!

It's fun to go window shopping with friends, in my experience I don't end up buying anything when I am with them because we talk and eat a lot. When I'm with my family, I usually go with them to help them shop for something. I think I'm more patient looking and canvassing for something. Malls here are also huge and most of the time its where families spend their weekends for bonding, eating out and shopping. Happy mylotting too!

I definitely need someone to go shopping with me. Though that does not necessarily mean that I will not shop alone. I don't enjoy shopping when I am alone. And I do need someone's opinion on what I am about to purchase. I am not much of a fussy shopper, so my companion will not get bored. I get bored easily when I I go shopping with fussy shopper, especially if I am not shopping myself; as in if I am just a tag along.
Shopping with my husband, however, is a different matter. I learnt my lesson and I never take him when I shop. He hates shopping so much that he would complain the whole time and thereby, spoil the whole shopping for me. He does not even shop for his own clothes. Fortunately, he trusts me to do his shopping. I buy everything for him and he happily wears them. Right from underwear to suit and shoes, I buy everything. It works because I know what he will wear and I don't just buy his clothes according to my taste.

I prefer shopping alone. I dont need anybody's opinion on whatever i want to buy. It irritates that I will ask someone if it fit me or not or is it right for me. I decide on my own. Well mainly this goes to shoes, clothes and makeup. But for gadgets I research first, ask friends and then shop alone.

When I shop I ussalaly prefer to shop alone. I want to be able to look at what I want and take my time to get it. If I allready know what I want, i will go get it and not waste time. However I have enjoyed shoping with my gf. it can be fun sometimes with her. Somtimes I shop with her to be helpful. she does not like to go to wallmart and I will go in with her. she like me shoping with her.

It depends on what I am set out for. If it would be girly stuff, then i bring my friends who act as advisers. They dont really tell me what to buy.. you just get some of the 'ol girls feedback. When I know and my heart is set out for what i really want. I go by myself.
For electronics, I definitely bring my boy buddies because I am actually clueless with gadgets.
Over all shopping is fun for me especiually when I do it with my 4 and 2 year old daughters.. and we are on a toy hunt!! then we stop at kiosks for their favorite snacks like ice cream and pop corn... A once a month treat for us three when the budget allows.
Fun Fun Fun.

i really like to shop alone. when i in middle school, i always lied to my parents that im going out with friends, but actually, i went out with nobody except myself...
i just think shop alone is so perfect and that is my private time, i can change my mind any time, i can stay in one shop as long as i want. i just enjoy that kind of feel and privacy... till now, i still take any chance i got to go out alone. i am always complained for this by my boyfriend.
but i should say, that is really free and relax.

This really depends on what I am going to the store to purchase. Most of the times, I either like to have my fiance or mother go shopping with me, but if I am looking to purchase things like fabric for sewing, I prefer to shop alone. The reason for this is that it takes me so much time to look through the fabric to pick out a pattern that I like. I don't feel it's right to make the other person wait while I'm spending a lot of time browsing for the right fabric for a sewing project.

I prefer to go alone when shopping stuffs for myself. Like you guys, it takes a lot of time before I could decide what I want to get. If I bring someone else with me, for sure, he/she will get pissed off waiting for me to finish. Sometimes, I like to bring my husband with me because I consult with him if the clothes I get looks good on me or not. During Christmas shopping, I definitely need someone to go with me to help pick gifts for certain people and to help me carry the packages as well.

I prefer to go alone, then I can concentrate on what I am doing and do not need to take anyone else's preferences or opinions into consideration. I also don't really like just strolling around in malls, I am very goal oriented, and want it to be over quickly, which is usually a problem if you go with other girls.
So definitely alone for me!
