"IP and/or email blocked by BotScout" why is this so?

I have tried to have some task today in myLot and he gave me this site http://bifour.com... this is a task is about sending an article, but before i could do that is that i would sign up to the site... i signed up and inputted the necessary information (my name, my email address, my birthdate and so) and when i tried to click "register" button... it prompted me with the error stated "IP and/or email blocked by BotScout"... why is this so? i tried to change my email address but still this error is prompted... i have one discussion before posted if it is just okay to give my IP address if someone asked for it... is it because i have already given my IP address to someone and that I am not allowed to sign up for other and some task as this? i am blocked by the service provider where i have accepted my first task? why they should block it? does blocking means they have control over me and that i am not freely to use my computer because they are taking over it? it seems like i do not have a free will if this is the case...how could i unblock it? huhu... what is this error all about... tasukete kudasai... please help me... thanks myLotters... it would be greatly appreciated for your willingness to help and clear my mind from worries...
