sometimes people choose to leave not because of selfish reasons, but because they just know that things will get worst if they stay...agree or disagree? :-)

Yeah. it happened to me.. knowing things would be better if i just simply disappear, though it would hurt but in the long run, it would be for their own good. It is a matter of end justifying the means...

yeah, but It was never easy right? weighing things and sacrificing your own happiness for the good of your love one/s.

yeah, I think this is case to case basis, It really depends on the situation if you still want to stick to the relationship or start a new one.

I agree and I do think that happens a lot. Sometimes it gets to a point where a couple can tell whether or not they are compatible. But personally, if its like marriage or something, I think that even if they feel it will get worse they should take more action to KEEP it from getting worse. And to just work harder on saving their marriage.
If the couple isn't married and they feel it will just get worse then sometimes that has to be the right decision and the healthiest for everyone involved.

I agree. There are times when we have to leave the one we love or else the situation get worse and out of hand. If it's the only solution then we should leave if we really love that someone.
