What do you think is better? Multi-tasking or Job specialization? there are pros and cons on both kinds. Like Job Specialization can be boring if the person has to do the same thing over and over again. In a multi-tasking position, errors are prone since the person is not able to fully focus on any of the task that he or she is doing. what do you think?

i prefer multitasking job...but not all at the same time...better is one step at a time...i rather have to finish the first task before shifting to other task.. Yeah, i admit that there will really come to a point that you get bored in a certain job, so with variation in your tasks you will find your job more interesting... But it should be one step at a time!!!

Whether multi-tasking works for a person or not is dependant on that specific person. For instance, I have a friend who can juggle several things at the same time and he does not get confused. He performs all the tasks well, and the quality of what he is doing is not affected due to his multi-tasking. I on the other hand am a very bad multi-tasker. I need to finish what I am doing and then move on to the next task. I can't handle too many things at the same time. :)

It is always better to have full concentration on what is being undertaken by oneself. Rather than being a jack of all trades it is wise and safe to a master of something.

Job specialization is better, because you can really focus on that particular area and can deliver it with 100% accuracy. But, like you said, it can be boring if you do the same thing everyday. Multi-tasking is advisable if you're able to focus on two different things at the same like I do. I work on my regular online job and work on my part time, at the same time. But, this is only depends on how critical the job you were doing. I do multi-tasking if my regular job does not need my full attention because I don't wanna ruin the quality of work.
