There are times,we will see rainbow after a rain fall or in a place where there is plenty of water. The first thing came in to my mind : Wow,it is so pretty in color and in shape.Later on i have learned that it is a symbol and promise of God that he won't wipe off the world with flooding again like what it said in Genesis of the Bible.Right now ,it also serve a sigh for all the people that The end timeis coming and everybody should be aware of it and accept Jesus as their own personal saviout while there is astill times for them. For the rainbow also link up the story of Noah whose family of eight and all the pair up of animals had escaped from the flood in an ark.Well, share with us about your impression towards the rainbow.

Everybody's response almost the same, where is the pot of gold,I haven't knew this pot of gold thing until I made this post.Great! At least I learn something new from all these comment.I think the pot of gold will always be in our heart and that's the end of the rainbow would really means. We all have to be positive and always live with hope. And the rianbow always give us hope in life especially when everything seemd so dark in our life,There will always be a rainbow special comes up in times and the gold comes out and all the beauty from the rainbow will destroy all the darkness in life if we can just have a hope to go on.

For you the end time comes to remember whenever you see the rainbow... But, for me whenever I see a rainbow, i feel how god is good artist to make such a beautiful rainbow...
Even the world's most powerful person happens to see the rainbow.. he will also have a small look at it for a while...
So, feel the beauty of the nature.. don't think about the end time,,,

For me what comes to mind would be... "Whoa, that's a pretty spectrum of colors... Prettyful. ^^ Current mood: in awe..." Sometimes if I am around toddlers who believe in fairy tales and such, I would tell them that there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. ^^ Along with a leprechaun. o.o

The rain stopped. God will be always true to His words. The rainbow is the sign that we will never destroy the world again using massive rain and flood.

Correction: we must be replaced by "He" too bad there is no edit like the ones in the forum.

I have always considered the biblical explanation about the occurrence of rainbow after the rain so that each time I see a rainbow it makes me really happy. It reminds me of God's covenant with Noah. It reminds me all the more of the goodness of God. This is his first promise without any condition. His unconditional promise that He will never again destroy the earth with flood is manifestation of how great His love for mankind is. Nobody even requested Him to promise this but He did and this shows his immeasurable love and mercy for us.

I love the colors of the rainbow.Looking at the sky with those colors is always a worth to watch.Nice evening with the medium amount of rainfall, rainbow in the sky is beautiful. Many science theories and bible verses give different opinions about rainbows.I am not concerned about it , only love the feel.

There is no doubt about the fact that rainbows are beautiful. However, since I suffered from a miscarriage in 2005, I have always thought about my baby when I see a rainbow because the day that my baby was supposed to be born I saw a rainbow on the way to visit a friend of mine and the rainbows since then have always served as a reminder of my baby since that time. It was a symbol to me at that time in my life that everything was going to be okay and it has been.

Every time I see a rainbow, I usually get's curious if what can be the end of it and what does the ends look like just like any other fiction books saying there's a pot of gold bars on it. I am really amazed to the colors of it. Sometimes I can even see two sets of rainbow in the sky that's seems so pretty I just realized how God can be so creative and majestic

Whenever I see a rainbow in the sky. It reminds me of one of the Philippine TV Networks, (not to offend the other stations but i have to say GMA 7). It used to be their company logo way back 5 or 7 years ago if I am not mistaken before they have come to this idea of a heart-shaped logo, still, with a shade of rainbow on it.

I always think back to a teacher we had many years ago. She was explaining the old idea that there is supposed to be a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
One day she was out driving and a rainbow appeared. She was driving towards the base of the rainbow. As she drove through it, everything shimmered a lovely golden colour.
It's one experience I haven't had in my life. It's probably very unlikely that I will drive through the end of the rainbow, but if I ever do find myself out walking near to the end then I will certainly go looking for the pot of gold.

Well, i always remember the saying, at the end of the rainbow you can find a pot of gold. Perhaps what they really mean is that the beauty of the rain is comparable to a pot of gold. I love that beauty that nature presents to us every time it rains.

Rainbows always make me think of happiness. The rainbow was given as a sign. The rainbow was a promise from God and that is something worth holding on to.

You know ow the rainbow has a start and a End , well it is been said that at the end of every rainbow there is a treasure to be found , and Irish man treasure , know i know this is more of a fairy tale , but i really like thinking that maybe one day , while i'm walkin acros a rainbow , i might find the end of it and take the treasure back home with me , it would be like winning the jackpot at the EuroLottery.
Have a nice day dear friend

"...and promise of God that he won't wipe off the world with flooding again..."
It would have been interesting to tell this to the indonesian people before the tsunami, or the people of Louisiana and New Orleans before Katrina. Their world was pretty wiped off.
