Jules01 I used to teach psychology. Believe me there is such a thing as one trial learning. It usually occurs when you have food poisoning. Maybe food allergies can cause it too, but that is not what I'm talking about here.

Jules01 The theory sounds good, but in practice I don't think it would work for me. You have to be able to fall to sleep quickly at will. I don't tend to do this. Sometimes it takes me a while to fall asleep. By the time i did sleep it would be time to wake up again....
