That's a very good question. But I don't say I have a beautiful answer hehehehe! ^,..,^ just kidding.... hhmmm.... by the way I was a former technical support representative and i can help you a lot. aside from skype you can also use "VOIP" VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL like MAGIC JACK. You might be wondering what's this all about, right? to give you the full information about HOW,WHEN and WHERE you can use and purchase this. Please contact my number that I already gave you or you have an option. 1st. in exchange with all the information, you need to deal with your "BLESS" ting! heheheh 2nd. if you don't have any major credit card, I'm always available to have a private conversation with your PET heheeheh ^,..,^

If you both have a computer then my choice would be Skype, as you can can make free calls to people all over the world with this software and even video call for free.

Skype immediately came to my mind too, but both users need to be on a computer. That way it's free. Unless you can use a free messaging system on your phones. Any free internet minutes on the cellphones?

You would probably need to use Skype, or another P2P "Calling" software. There is also evaphone and pc-telephone, those are good too.
