Any tips on how to loose 10lbs in 1 week???

I wonder if it really works to loose 10 lbs in one week because even my self I find it hard .. haha !! because we all love eating right? but if we continue eating unhealthy foods there's also a possibility that we can become obese .. No . NO . No !! So can you give me some Idea on how to loose 10 lbs in one week??? so that when I gain weight I'll just do what you say and back to normal again .. and this is also for those people who wants to loose weight .. so help !!!

If you want to lose 10 lbs in a week it will be hard. It is possible but its hard and a lot of factors do play a role, one being how hard you want to work.
My first suggestion is cut out sugar, this alone can shed a good pound or two in a week.
Secondly I suggest getting rid of all the junk food. As well they are called junk for a reason, you dont need them. They usually have a lot of fat that you cant process too well. Doing this can help with a few pounds and more over time.
A good process to lose weight is exercise and getting enough sleep.
To lose 10lbs in a week you are going to have to have long strenuous exercise. You pretty much want every muscle in your body to be burning. Not like overheating but have that burning feeling. Now after exercising so much you are going to need to rest and if you exercise enough you should try to get 8-10 hours of sleep.
One thing I must point out is that you should not starve yourself because you will lose weight at first but it will come back later. Secondly losing weight is not something you really should try to do so fast and then stop because losing and maintaining weight is more beneficial and healthier than losing and gaining and losing again. Also I suggest trying to lose 1 to 2 pounds a day healthily through exercise and food control.
And sadly I have to say that I am not a dietitian but a freestyle and folk style wrestler who knows some stuff about losing weight.

Hi there! Do you know that water contribute to your weight? That's why when we go to sliming center, they can provide us with instant weight loss result. Someone has even advice that one should not eat or drink after a certain timing. If you are really thirsty, just dap some water on your lips.
I haven't really been through intensive programs for weight loss but I think it's pretty hard to go through the program without having determination to do that. Thus, it all boils down to having determination if one wants to lose weight.

Hi, I read about a singer who lost 20kg in a month and his routine was exercising (min) 4 hours a day and then eating only vegetables, fruits and meat(boiled meat without any seasoning and skins). Try not to eat after a certain timing at night.
I manage to lost 5 kg by sticking to a meal of plain porridge/noodle with meat(boiled meat without any seasoning and skins) in 2~3 months though.

Lets face it, losing 10lbs per week would just not be healthy.
I do think it's possible though. When Eddie Izzard completed a marathon every day he lost lots of weight. I suppose if you are exercising so much you just don't have time to eat. And when you do eat you are too exhausted to take in enough calories. he was monitored by a team of medics along the way. I have great respect for Eddie for completing this and raising all that money for charity. I don't think that many people would be able to achieve it.
Yes, it's probably possible if your calorie use far exceeds your calorie input, but I wouldn't recommend it.

i do agree with you miss jules..but i believe vegetable and diet will help a lot, especially accompanied with exercising. most effective way also is to eat fresh pineapple fruit early morning before eating anything..

you could not lose 10 lbs in just a week. Even cancer patients wont loss weight that easy. For me I combine workout 3x a week. Diet, eat only light dinner and why not try appetite suppresants like Sibutramine?

First of all ,I have to say being a fat man is not a funny thing to everyone, and the thiner body is prefer to all of us. But loosing 10 lbs in one week is not a good choise because of the health.
You could take some measures to loose weight ,may be not in one week,just like marathon,moring exercise and yuga ,although,in my opinion ,the most important thing is to keep diet.

I definitely agree with you my friend... loosing weight is not a problem, yet the possibility of putting oneself in danger is...
so before doing weight control, better think of the idea that what will it do to your health before engaging to such certain activities...
Health is your wealth, so better take good care of it than disregarding oneself...

Sure, you can make like The Biggest Loser. Stay in a secluded place with your own personal chef, trainer and a high-tech gym. Then spend 5-6 hours a day exercising and eating healthy foods only. Some of the Biggest Loser contestants lose about 10-15 lbs a week.

I think you should just have a balance lifestyle. Eat not only those that will make you fat. Have a balance diet. Eat fruits and vegetables. Do some exercise. Don't be too much of a couch potato. Be active. In that way you wont be unhealthy or obese and you won't have to loose 10lbs in a week. Like they say prevention is better than cure.

I won't say constantly workout I believe you can loose 10 lbs in a month maybe 3 weeks but be very careful.....Just try to do moderate exercise and stay away from all the starchy and sugar foods....Keep your carbs counted and you may lose a few pounds but not 10lb

The best way is to burn more calories than what you're taking in. Self-discipline would really help a lot. Just focus on that goal you want to achieve. Exercise a little everyday probably for 30 minutes. Don't burn yourself out with exercise. Enjoy it as much as you can and vegetables and fruits rich in fiber in your diet would definitely help.

The simplest way to lose weight and keepurself fit is Walking, do as much walking as U can. stop using bike , cars , scooters etc vehilcles. U will automatically lose whieght. have a nice day

i think there is no other thing except dont eat whole week that is the only way i now otherwise just eat fruit dont eat any food or just drink only juice is the way that i know

I don't know about the 10lbs in a week, but its worked for me - diet based solely on cucumber salad and iced tea. The iced tea was just to help mix it up a little, but cucumbers are supposed to be great at absorbing the extra water content in your body, so it helps a lot with the weight loss. Plus it's healthy and it can't add anything to your existing weight. Good luck !

before eating your next meal, make sure that you drink a glass of cold water. It will help suppress your appetite because water can make your stomach feel full before you even start munching your meal. and eat frequently but in smaller quantities..avoid eating junk foods..

even if you dont eat at all your body will put itself in starvation mode, it's not possible, unless you get every inch of fat sucked out of your body, and then you'll be in pain for weeks, the best way to lose is eat 6-7 small meals a day, or grab a few grapes and eat those a few times a day so your metabolism is always going, a few not the whole bag. 4-5 grapes at a time throughout the day will keep your metabolism cranking. eat your biggest meal in the morning, and dont eat past 6pm at night.

You can easily lose 10 pounds in one week by not eating and exercising like mad, but it would be completely unhealthy. Plus, most of what you would have lost would be water weight and not real fat at all. Its better to lose it slower, 2 to 3 pounds a week, for a longer period of time, and it will be healthier and you'll more likely keep it off longer.

ive seen this account in facebook that she really went from 78 kilos to 56kilos. and she provided photos of her transition. she was using this 18 slimming coffee. she said that it was really effective. i was even thinking of buying the products since she is also selling it to those who are interested. just that i dont have the money yet to even ask how much it is..^_^

Actually losing weight is not a problem, you may loose perhaps more than 10 lbs. in a week if you badly want to... The only key is determination and self-discipline... One major aspect in losing weight is control of one's own diet... Perhaps some say that you can loose weight by just simply jogging and exercising, but mind you plain exercise without proper diet is a total waste of time...
Let's say that you may be able to accomplish 20 rounds in a 1 km. oval. Yet this is the sad fact, people tend to forget about controlling their diet. They tend to eat more calories than the ones they burn... So in the end, they still end up gaining weight...
If you ask me, the main key of losing 10 lbs. is diet, exercise and a good steam bath... actually the steam bath is more of my own preference already... But if you seem to like the idea, feel free to do so...
