loralie1106 I eat 3 meals per day, and snacks in between. I eat heavy breakfast beacause i fel weak and lethargic if I didn't. TI only eat light diner especialy if I fel that i am gaining weight. I try to eat fruits to, but mostly vegetables to kep me feling ful too.
