Hi Ms Pitot....... Well my dog is a picky eater, he hate dog food. We only give him fresh food with so little salt as seasoning. His favorite is meat and bone soup, we usually buy 1/5 kg meat plus 2 leg bone plus a teaspoon salt and celery, its usually enough for 3 day. So 3 day in a week he got meat soup plus rice, 4 other day will be chicken and fish. We give him fruit to help him poop and luckily he like it too.

Hello! My dog loved everything what is not moving! Starting from cucumbers, raw potatoes, smoked salmon, water melons, melons etc. What she doesn't like is spring onions and lettuce! Sometimes I make a joke from her, I pretend that spring onion is very tasty and give it to her but she is so clever that she pretends that she eats it and then she splits it out somewhere, I don't see! he-he...Happy mylotting!

Its great he don't like spring onion because I hear it poisonous for them, I hear all onion danger for them except garlic at small amount.

My dogs, especially Ciara will eat anything, so I am sure fruit is on their list. Though be careful with grapes, I don't know how true it is, but my husband read those are not good for dogs. Then again our dalmatian ate grapes and it didn't seem to bother her. but as a precaution, just in case...

I got the information from something my husband read, I am sure he didn't catch the "seed" part. So seedless grapes are ok? Cool, another treat for my puppies will love..lol

I haven't given my doggy fruit yet. But she loves bitter gourd, eggplants, carrots and potatoes. My doggy is not a voracious eater. She is actually sexy! Dogs are not allowed to roam around in our community but I see one every morning outside our gate, courting my lovely Artemis.

Your dog love Bitter gourd, that amazing because I don't like it because its bitter taste. My dog also not voracious eater, he is a little picky eater because he only want to eat fresh food not commercial dog food. Say hello to your sexy dog Eilleen and thanks for your kind response.

Glad to hear that. How about trying to give your dog watermelon as a start. Maybe he like it. I think giving a fruit is a good idea if you give you dog commercial dog food.

My dog have not try cabbage because all the household don't like to much so we rarely cook it. I will try to give him if we had it at home, in case he like it.

Well my sisters dog loves oranges. I know that there are certain things that cats can't eat like mushrooms, certain veggies or fruit etc. So I would do a lttle research about any fruits and veggies just to make sure that there are not some that will make your dog sick.

I don't know about fruit, but a friend of mine has a dog who loves raw carrots and potatoes. He even manages to steal them out of the fridge if someone doesn't close the door immediately. I used to have a cat that liked toast and jam and a budgie that liked jam sandwhiches. I think your dog probably eats more fruit than I do. Maybe your dog is healthier than me too. I must go in search of mandarin oranges. Mmmm......
