When I was a child I loved to make pink mashed potatoes. All you need is mash and a few drops of beetroot juice. I had all the other kids running to their mums demanding pink potatoes, and all the mums rushing up to see my own mum to find out what on earth they were talking about. Did you have any unusual food fads as a kid? What were they?

Now that pink mashed potato is new to me! haha... I tried that too when I'm still young although the food wasn't that new, my playmates were amazed to the yellow star-shaped gelatin that my mom made for me. I feel great during that time
