Did you spend $90.upgrade golden

Did you guys who are members of neobux spend $90 dollars so you can upgrade your membership to golden? I am a standard member. when I asked via chat how to upgrade he said: need to spend $90 to upgrade membership. Then a while ago, I noticed their site has new look?

OK it's official. I have just qualified as per the requirement to upgrade listed. And it says you can buy the upgrade for $90 for one year. That's a load of BS, is you ask me. I don't think I will upgrade now. Not until I get $90 from them, at least.
