get yourself a few items: 1) a blower (hand operated one where you can squeeze the air and it blows out), or a compressed air canister. 2) a soft brush with long soft hair at the end (like what is used in the lady's make-up kit) both of this can be obtained from a good camera shop, usually.. you should clean it every other day, or at least once a week. turn the keyboard upside down and use the blower. then you can brush out the other debris there. liquid cleaning agents sometimes seep into your keyboard and mess up the button connections.. my previous keyboard couldn't type out 'L' anymore because of this..

hi there! I usually use a duster that is really soft and cleaning cloth. The cleaning cloth that I have here is from Microtex that has some micro-fibers that attracts dust without scratching the surface of your laptop or electronic gadgets. I bought it in ACE hardware in SM Megamall for about 60 pesos.

The simply ways are usually the best. You can wipe the keyboard with a duster or even a damp cloth providing that the system is turned off, and blowing between the keys will remove most loose pieces and dust that have accumulated there. If the keyboard does become very grubby and difficult to clean then the obvious approach is to replace it. Keyboards are very cheap and easy to acquire. Of course this is different for a laptop because removing the keyboard involves removing several parts and panels to access it, so you should always be careful when using a laptop to avoid it becoming too unclean in the first place. If you consider removing a laptop keyboard to clean it then I would advise acquiring the service manual for your model and try to find someone with a little experience in this field.

Me,i clean it up with the help of a paint brush, the one that is color yellowish brown and put some wipe out (that i used to buy at the ace hardware)..after brushing it up and you will see the result of a soft touch keyboard again.it really smooths the keys without making them greasy.happy cleaning!!
