What country/ies in Asia that don't/doesn't require a visa passport?

My family has been planning to go abroad and we opt to a country wherein there's no visa required (I don't know if I'm saying the right terms, but the thought goes that way). We prefer to visit any country here in Asia, like Singapore and HongKong. But we still would like to know if there are other countries which do not require visa passport. Thank you.

Really I can go to Jeju Island, South Korea without visa! Wow thanks. But I think if ever I would go there I might as well get a visa to visit Seoul too and buy some stuffs and maybe visit some location/set of my favorite Korean dramas. Oh how I wish it would rain money already so I can go on vacation.

Yes, you can enter Jeju Island without a visa. I will have to ask if you can transit in Seoul going to Jeju. If not, you have to wait for Air Philippines to re-instate their flight from Manila to Jeju Island. You can also go to Taiwan, without a visa if you have a valid US, Japanese, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, UK visa and a Schengen visa.

It depends on what country are you from. (Okay you might feel discriminated here but that is how the world works ) And I viewed your profile and base on your country you can visit any country in the South East Asia without having to get a Visa. This includes the two you mentioned Singapore and Hongkong. You and your family can also go to Macau, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Malaysia and other countries in the South East Asia if ever I forgot to mention any. It is because of an agreement with these nations that they do not require visas. I think you can also go to Brunei. Hope this helps.

Hi Leixa003. I see. Are there also like a certain number of days that we're allowed to stay in those countries that you mentioned?

I saw some responses regarding the days you are allowed to stay. I have been to Singapore and they gave me 14 days stay. They stamp the days allowed in your passport upon entry. For Malaysia I got 30 days stay. If you intend to stay longer then just go out in the country say you are in Singapore then exit at Malaysia (just through train or taxi) then do some shopping and go back in. But i think they are a lot strict nowadays and it would be more comfortable for your travel to have a return ticket already. I heard Brunei allows two weeks. You may want to go to Hongkong then Macau since it is near Hongkong. :)

Just like what other Mylotters have mentioned, it depends on what country are you from because of the law that applies on the agreements of certain countries. Since your from Philippines, you can travel neighboring countries already mentioned by our fellow Mylotters. By the way passport is a booklet that the government issues concerning your nationality and identifies you because of your photo and does not give you an automatic right to enter a country that requires entry authorization stamp.
