Awful to See Person/s Just Spitting Anywhere

Yes i can't really tolerate to see someone spitting around and i should say it is one of the filthy habit some people just adopted.On the top of that,there are some of my friends who used to spit inside my kitchen also and i dare talk to them and teach them how to behave in my room.It's very awful for them to show such habits.

This is one of the disgusting habit of certain morons in the public.Spitting is rampant in our cities When we do so, we don’t realize that we are spreading a number diseases and infections among people. Even now in spite of medical advancement, tuberculosis is on the rise. A major reason is that people spit anywhere.And it is atrocious to see the entire roads painted red with the pan spit in Mumbai and other cities.Stringent punishment like canning only stop this lowly habit.

I hate seeing people spit to its so disgusting. My ex spit all the time. As soon as he stepped out of the house he would start spitting. If you dont spit when your in the house constantly then you dont need to spit just because you go outside. It really got on my nerves. He didnt just spit in the grass he would spit on the sidewalk all the time. I have two little kids who like to go barefoot and the spit could get on their feet. That thought is so gross. Its even worse when your out and see other peoples spit on the sidewalk. My ex it was gross enough to see but a complete strangers spit thats just so gross.

Hi i agree it is awful to spit everywhere. I think if it is necessary to spit one should spit in a discreet place. Often when I feel the need to spit I search for the right place to spit but often it is hard to find, perhaps one should carry tissues and spit in them and put them in the rubbish. I think it's awful when people spit in places where it is obvious other people are going to walk there like on the footpath.

Hello borgiefame, this spitting is one's of Filipinos and some Asian's unsanitary habit. But you know mostly Filipinos are doing this kind of dirty antic. I've been to Singapore and spitting there cause you a thousand Singaporean dollars. I hope it's impose here. We Filipinos are really undisciplined. That's why a lot of us living here in Metro Manila are irritated with Bayani because he imposed some law to curb our bad habits. Plus our fellow Filipinos just tolerate this kind of dirty habit. I remember in my high school days, I had this Muslim classmate, he was always spitting and he's sitting next to me, when I told him about it, he transferred to another seat. But there are some people you know, they don't want to be told; and they're the ones who'll get angry.

yuck... it is so dirty to do that... fortunately, i live in a country where spitting is prohibited and there will be a heavy fine for the offenders... i think this should be enforced in every country to discourage people from spitting on the public place... it is so disgusting to see it... especially when you accidentally step on the spit... yuck... take care and have a nice day...

I was taught as a child growing up not to spit. My mother thought it was the most disgusting thing, and we caught on to that. It is not unusual to see both males and females just spit wherever and whenever, and I have to agree that it is a disgusting habit that does not look nice to begin with. I even don't like it when I am watching baseball on tv and see the players spitting. It is almost like it is required in order to play!!

Yes, I really hate that too. And the sound they like to make before they spit, omg. I hate to see all the spits and phlegm on the ground, I always am worried that either I or my children would accidentally step on it. AND we did sometimes. YUCKS!

I hate to see people do that and in my country, it is an offence to do that. You will get fine for committing this act. I was at a fast food outlet just last week and I saw this guy who was alone at his table waiting for the food to be served and he was spitting and sneezing. He don't appear to look sick (and if he is, that's even horrible) but he just kept on doing it (internally) and he didn't just spit on the floor but he spit it with a distance (seems like he is aiming to spit as far as he can each time). I watch in disgust but I didn't have the courage to step up and tell the person off.

The same here..! I too turn somewhere when I see a person is about to spit..I hate it very badly.I always think , the person who spits should be spitted by someone unknowingly.Then he will how hard it will be..Really they don't have manners at all..No one can teach them unless they itself feel that it is wrong...It will never change..Only we guys have to adjust..

I don't like it at all. I take it low to every person who spitting every where and It was so gross. But I find so many people do it ( people with no manner and don't care about others ).

What makes spitting more awful is when I'm on a public transportation like a jeepney then someone spits through the air. Damn it! When the wind blows drops of that person's spit will be on my face!

I don't like that either. It's disgusting and disrespectful. Those are germs you're leaving all over the place and other people have to walk there! I don't like walking up to a store and having some guy spit right in front of me. Right where I was going to step. How rude! I'll take a big circle around it to avoid it. Why can't they spit into something like a tissue or a garbage can? What do they do indoors? Do they spit all over their own homes? How nasty.

Yes, this is a disgusting habit and I hate seeing others do this on the street. When someone coughs and they bring up phlem I can understand that they want to spit this out, it must be horrible to try and swallow but all the same it's not very nice for others to see and can really put you off your food for the rest of the day! If they have to spit then I guess they should find a hidden corner where no one is about and then they can remove the contents of their mouth secretly! Such is the world that we live in! Andrew

I think it is soo horrid people doing that every where no matter where they are.Why dont they use a tissue rather than spitting it where people walk and like you say the areas that people use like childrens play areas.Thankfully my children or the people i am friends with do not do that and they think it is disgusting aswell.

Yep that's just nasty! I was running yesterday and someone came by me and spit as they passed. It's just so disgusting. I know why because your mouth sweats a lot when you run and all but it's still gross!

I also hate i see others spitting on the ground. It's really disgusting to see. I don't know what's the point of spitting. I just don't get them.

i have to agree with you. it really in undisciplined. I hate them whenever people do that. Furthermore, you might not realize it, you might be stepping to bacteria from those things which will spread anywhere. it is gross as well. they could be doing that elsewhere.

you know what..i think it is gross and it does spoil my mood that day whenever i see people spitting.if u go to japan,the sideways and the pavement was very clean and if people want to spit,i think they will do it in a drain or somewhere people can't see..it is nasty and if my friend do it in front of me,,surely she will get it from me.be civilised..spitting anywhere is illegal to me..hehe
