i'm addicted to music. there's never a day when my ears aren't plugged with headphones to savor those powerful tunes courtesy of my fave bands and artists. I often pretend that they made them just for me or that sometimes I'm in there music video or just plain hanging out with them.LOL! I especially like singing along with my fave female artists. that's when i pretend that it's me having a concert or I'm actually performing with them! it's weird but without music, i don't think i'll live long enough. i'd kill myself from boredom..

I know I would hate it if there wasn't any music to listen to. sometimes, I think songs were written with me in mind...It's just that people go through similar emotions, steps in life...and that's it...it's just life and we are all connected somehow and music makes this seem so real.

I daydream sometimes when I'm listening to music. I let my mind wonder. Although, sometimes, when I'm actually playing music, i.e. playing the piano, it ends up being a good thinking tool. For me, it becomes a problem solver.

depends on the type of music and depends on the mood too. if i'm listening to early 90's i'm reminiscing grade school. if eraserheads songs are on air, i remember my close friends. lately, since i'm more into heavy metal music, i often pretend i'm a wicked bass player. when i had my immersion back in college when i had to stay in a remote area for a month and a week, i didn't mind at all that there's no tv (because there's no electricity too). but, i was extra thankful they got a battery-powered radio. unfortunately though, NU 107.5 had a bad signal so i had to settle with other station.

i think of how the music relates to me. for example when i hear about friends forever by vitamin c, i always remember my friends and classmates. that's how music works for me.

Music relaxes me and my favourite music brings back wonderful memories for me. I just bought an iPod Touch, and I have already filled it with my favourite songs.

As a musician, my life too is all about music. I don't have it playing constantly all day long, but when I am not needing silence for my writing work, it is usually on in the background. I play my piano/keyboard most days and thoroughly enjoy it. When I get up, I like to have music playing whilst I am eating my breakfast. I think music communicates and often reflects my own deeper feelings about things. If I want to create a peace of writing, whilst I am going through ideas, I will often play Mozart in the background. Whilst driving, I tend to play more pop music. Having grown up in the 60s, I often tend to listen and play 60s music.. Some jazz and some Beatles music. There is no one genre I prefer, because I can enjoy any. _Derek

It really does depend for me. I don't always have a lot of thoughts while I am listening to music. Instead, I find that I am able to get things done a lot more effectively when I am listening to music. I listen to music while I am working to earn a little bit of money online and I'm listening to music while I am scrapbooking. It is important for me to have music in almost all parts of my life because it is music that really keeps me going.

Everytime I listen to a new song, I feel like there can be no other song better then this one. After listening to a new song the feeling changes and the current song is the best song I am listening. I love listening music most of the time, some people around me complain that I love music more then anyone else. I love singing not only alone but with some close friends and family.

A lot of things. Especially sounds or music that were once popular at a certain point of my life, it seems like everything comes rushing back. Music has a way of feeding our memories with past events.

Music is the language of the soul. Every time i feel bored or nobody is around whom you can talk then I listen to music because it's a way of expressing what i feel inside but depending on the song i would prefer. While listening to music especially mellow songs i feel like i'm in heaven or having journey around the beautiful places of thw world.
