Can't access site

I have been banned from certain site and i think the site lock my IP address. I can't access them. My browser said the webpage is not found. Ridiculous.
Is it possible that i can't access the site that already been locked up(banned) my IP?

If you are banned from a site then why are you wasting your time trying to access the site? Banned means you are not allowed to access it any more. Why don't you find an alternative site and spend some time there. Maybe you need to think about why you were banned and learn from that so that you don't get banned at other sites.
