Have you ever watched a sunset by the beach? If so, what were you thinking at that time? Did you watched it with a special someone beside you? What are your thoughts about sunsets? Or do you just enjoy watching it go down? Thinking that there will be a brighter tomorrow..
I, for one, had seen several sunsets by the beach and every time i see them, i still can't help but think how small and little we are as compared to what lies beyond what we can see. I mean, no matter how you look at it, we are just a small part in the universe that whatever happens to us, won't matter to most people out there.
For that reason, I enjoy my life to the fullest. Doing the things i love and being with the people i love makes me smile and happy. And that's one thing that we cannot buy. It's something that we must cherish and treasure.

Hi Aylim,
I’ve seen sunset by the beach many times. I’ve been with different types of people while experiencing such wonderful moment. The first time was when I was a teenager and we had a mini concert by the beach. It’s a fund-raising concert for the church and we did it in one of our province beaches. The following experiences were with my family, classmates and friends.
A sunset by the beach experience with my hubby was the best. He was only courting me then when we went to the nearby beach (a tricycle ride away from work) and had our afternoon snack by the beach . We enjoyed watching the sunset. So romantic. Sunset for me means a break…a rest from a wholeday’s work. A time to be by yourself or with anyone whom you love most to spend your free time and gain strength ready to battle life the next day…

I can sense that you were smiling as you are typing your message, the same way I was and hopefully, everyone too. it really is nice to reminisce the times when we are with people whom we really cherish and love and share our life with them. With nature playing their part, we just have to sit and relax, take a deep breath and just be at awe of what is around us - appreciating them and giving back what we can for nature.

Yes, thank you for the comment. I also have watched sunsets before by myself and it was a really nice view. A time for reflection and simply just enjoying the view. I just find it funny though that the last time i saw this on the beach, i just happen to glance around and saw that most if not all are also looking at the sunset.

Hi there! I have watched a sunset by the beach but that was when I was still younger... around 18 years ago. And I don't remember what it looked liked or how it felt since I was still a kid back then. But with your reflection, I have to say that I agree with you. We should really enjoy our life to the fullest but of course, we should enjoy it the right way. We shouldn't take it for granted. Some of the best things in life cannot be bought by money. So we should really put that to consideration. Thank you for sharing.

Agreed. Living our life the right way is definitely how we can enjoy life. Enjoying life to the fullest does not mean we do things just because we want them, especially if they have bad consequences that we will regret later. If we do that, then we would not be able to really enjoy our life.

I live in a inland city.I only saw the sea when I had a trip in Shenzhen,China. The city is very hot so I went to the beach at night.
But I really want to watch a sunset by the beach with my lover,It must be very romantical and peace.
Only two of us,only the wind,I think I must think of our bright future.

I never see a sunset by the beach. The back of our house is already a sea and its in the east where the sun rises so most of the time i saw sunrise. How i wish to see a sunset. It could be a memorable to me most especially if someone special is beside me watching sunset.

And i wish i could see a sunrise over the horizon. I heard some people find it a better view than sunsets. I saw sunrises before but only atop the houses, so i really haven't saw sun rising from the horizon which is the best part, where it was the opposite of sunsets - from darkness to light.

i already watch a sunset in a beach for how many times already..especially when i have problems, depressed, stressed and broken..when the moment you saw the sunset you'll realize that every day will become yesterday and there will be a new tomorrow-a new chance to settle everything..you'll also realize that we should treasure everyday of our life and make it worth it..grab each day to improve yourself-to become a better person each day..if we did a mistake today, learn to treasure the lesson that we gain from it..

I absolutely love sunsets anywhere but they are particularly beautiful by the beach. I have seen several over the years with the special people in my life - tho' not so many lately as I dont live close to the sea. The last one I watched on a beach was in June last year and I was with my son. if I could choose my last moments on this earth, I'd be doing just that.

When I think about sunsets there is one place that I especially remember. It is a place where my parents, my brother and I used to spend our summerholidays. In that town there is a famous place where people meet to watch the sunset. There is a shop where you can buy icecream, candy and souvenirs and I when I was a child I always asked my father to buy me an icecream when we were watching the sunset together When my brother and I were both there we used to play on the beach while my father watched the sunset and talked to the other adults. There was always a special atmosphere at that place, and I will always remember the nights I spent there

yes, i agree about your last statement. There really is something special when it comes to sunsets. Somehow, people can't stop themselves from looking at it. Probably because it is the only time where we can see the sun and not get blinded. Or it is the beauty that we would want to appreciate. Or maybe something else. But, there is really one sure thing about sunsets. It creates the perfect environment for people to get close and personal - families, friends, relatives, and couples alike.

I've never had a chance to see a sun set at the beach. Every time I visit a beach, I tend to tucker my self out during the day, and I'm exhausted by that time.
We are all simply dust on the old reliable car that is known as the universe. There are a lot of things we humans are still in the dark about.

Try staying by the beach until the sun sets sometimes. It really is a good scene to take away as a souvenir, especially if you can't take a photo of it. Watch how the sky turns from blue to red to grey/black in a few minutes. It's one of the best moments in nature in my opinion.

Yes. I've watched sunset by the beach. I wasn't with someone. It was just me. I was thinking 'wow, the sun changes color. It's beautiful'. It's a work of art. I really liked it. Best day ever.

yes, when i was a kid i really think of why are sunsets red or orange. Then when i grew older, and learned a bit about physics, then i understood a bit why that is so. And yes i do agree that it really is a great work of art that is very hard to capture in a single moment.

Yes. The incident that I can vividly remember was when my family and I were on-board a ferry from Bohol to Cebu. Whenever is see wonders like that, I get to appreciate the wonders of life and of nature, and of course of how God loves us so much that he gave and is giving us every thing we need. I also think that this is one of the miracles of life that we experience every day. And we should thank God for this.

Our house in our province is just by the beach. During my younger years, I use to sit by the beach and wait as the sun sets until the stars start to occupy and spread all over the sky. I mostly enjoy it witnessing alone. It relaxes me. Now that I am living in the city, I am always looking forward to going home (to our province) to once again witness every sunset I could see.

sunsets never fail to amaze me too!!! I was on a vacation last week in Leyte, Philippines and the place just got a very wonderful view of sunset that it made me realize how beautiful this planet is.
Realizing that, i was again reminded of my advocacy for saving our planet for the future generations. Let us do any little way we can so that our sons and daughters will get to see the sunsets that we enjoy now.
