Is the name with the sites "bux" same

I have an account in gagabux. I joined in neobux recently.When I tried to view advertisements in it, "Some one have veiwed the advertisement from your ip address within 24 hours" is the message showing. Today I tried to join palmbux. But It told that you are already joined from this ip address so you cannot sign up. Why this is happening like this?????????????????

You have a dynamic IP used by at least a member of these sites.
Go at http://www.ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/ and note your IP ; switch your router off a few minutes or a few hours and restart it. Check if your IP has changed. If it's the case, try to sign up again.
If you have a wifi router, check if your wifi access is protected ; if not, protect it by a WEP or WPA key.
