Is there anyone who knows how to create a website?

you could also use dreamweaver or notepad to create a html one then use a ftp host to do the videos, you can get .info domains for 59p on go daddy or go to admin community, if you post 50 you get a free .info, they also have competitions for winning a .com one but i reccomend doing your site and seeing how it goes before buying a domain. i know html. But if you really want to learn, i suggest you go to http://www.w3schools.com. it's a good site for beginners. Based from your site description, i think you're gonna have to buy a domain space for the movies you're gonna upload. I suggest you try 100mb.com.

First you need a domain that can handle huge capacity of files so that it can hold movies, movies has huge file sizes, so maybe you can find free domains out there all you need to do is search the web about it, i can give you one, www.webs.com it is nice there, then you need to learn HTML codes, well, you just need time and effort in learning its codes and if you want advance, you must lean javascript for a more dynamic page, css, and maybe php if you want, its a little more complicated. Just research and don't be scared to try. Ah! and you must learn Photoshop also, for more catchy and cool design of your site. I think that all I've got.
