Tomato and pepper?

I have started my tomato and pepper plants about a month ago they are still very small and the bottom leaves on the tomato plants are starting to turn yellow and fall off. What is good to make them grow bigger should I try some miracle grow? I want to have a good crop so I can make sauces for the winter what is good?

I started mine a while ago and replanted them deeper, larger area. this will help the spindly stem to increase root area and strengthen the plant. i am sure a little miracle grow would help too.
