Is it just me or are late night info-mericals driven to tell us as women the following:
1. We are fat
2. We are ugly
3. We should be on an all liquid diet.
4. We have bad skin.
5. We have bad hair.
If I had a nickel for every time I felt so inclined to flip the bird at the TV set, I would be rich by now....

I must agree.. but that is how they make their money by feeding on our low self esteem.. and the sad thing is that women actually feed into it... these people actually make money... info mercials should really be called sucker mercials.. screw em.. I will exercise for my fat.. I will wash my face with over the counter face wash and i will where makeup to cover up my ugliness i don't need there crap

No, it's not just you!
I love how the hair products will magically make my baby fine hair thick and lush! And the exercise gadgets will give me the firm body of a 25 year old with no effort at all!

Oh you are so right. There are so many infomercials on TV during the early morning hours. All geared to women to fix this and that. I can't believe what a waste of time. How many channels after all say paid programming. I rather watch a good movie. I wonder how many people waste their time watching these stupid infomericals. I also think they just rip people off left and right from what I have heard from others.

I feel the same every time I see a magazine cover, there is always something on the front about losing weight. If you watch any daytime tv show or read any magazine, one minute they will say about how natural looking women look better, and then the next minute they tell you about a new diet that has come out. If these info-mercials really worked and were worth the money then we would all look the same! So its good that a lot of us ignore them.
