GeoString gives you a free $10 after registration without purchasing anything. would you think this is a scam or not?

Hello Well, since the background of the site is good, it should not be said scam at this time..But, yes, I personaly feel, if many of memmers will get paid from the site..as the cahout is too high, while earnings are very low..( you can do nothing with the bonus of USD 10.0 , foe joining the site..it will be just remaining and showing in your account ) So, just good Luck to all the members. I joined that site but I found out that it was very hard to build a referral. As I join in some forums no one says that they reach the cashout. So now I quit this site.
