try eating peanuts while reviewing or anything that makes you relax and comfortable because we can concentrate more if we're relax..
Study or review in a cold place but not that cold to make you chill because brain is more active when its cold cause we're warm blooded so the flow of blood and oxygen tends to be lot faster because it needs to keep the temperature, in that manner your brain will have lots of supply of oxygen which makes your brain a lot of better.

peanuts is such a great idea, because you can always just snack on it while studying or something. I really need to buy some for my next exam hehe. I never knew that its better to study in a cold place. Really interesting! thanks!

well you dont need any special brain food. just keep your stomach half full. cause when you eat too much all the blood goes to digest your food and brain wont get enought. that is why you feel sleep after eating too much. so enjoy your work and try to be stress free. it will help better than any kind of brain food and one more suggestion dont drink too much coffee its not good for health.

Tuna is rich in protein and a bit of omega fish oil, so i think it is a good idea to maybe make a tuna sandwich for the exam. Thanks!

chocolate! hehe i ate a chocolate bar at the beginning of the exam... it gave me a short energy boost! didn't last too long though because i felt i bit, i don't know, a bit drowsy at the end so i think it should be eaten in the last hour of your exam=p

Eat a good breakfast. Something with lots of protein. An egg with cheese on a whole grain bagel with some fruit on the side would be real good. It should give you plenty of energy to keep up the pace until the test is done.
