a balanced diet is needed for optimal healht and well being, as well as having healthy skin, choose food rich in vitamin A, like, orange, cantaloupe, vitamin B like B2 and B3, a good example fruit is avocado, ofcourse vitamin C is also essential for collagen maintenance, any citrus fruits

A lot of the time I take off the skin of the fruit. Sometimes I'm even so bored that i take the skin off of grapes and eat the insides only. The skin is pretty weird. The only skin I eat is of apples because it isnt that bad. But I usually take that off too.
