does anyone no what a normal heart rate?

It really depends on your level of activity. If you are up and around it is not unusual for the heart to beat over 100 beats per minute. But if you are at rest 70-90 is real good. Closer to 70 is better. But you have to try it several times to get a good average. My normal resting hear-rate is between 60-70. If it was to be above that for me, I would check my blood pressure!
