In india specially the northern parts there is lot of heat waves nowadays and its really taking a toll on people's lives.I have lot of sweat due to the heat. When i have to go out.I use the deo thrice a day and take bath almost the same number of times.
Due to heat and and water loss from the body in the form of sweat i have increased my fluid intake and its really helping but i really wish these heat waves go soon.
Are you facing the same problems with heat?Do you also have lot of Sweat? What would you do to cope with this situation?

Even though its monsoon season in Delhi, it still is hot as hell. With temperatures soaring to 45 and 48 degrees celcius - dehydration is bound to happen.

Yes, we do sweat a lot here in the Philippines. It's 37 degrees Celsius now. I now in India it's even 40 degrees. I don't know if we here can stand 40 degrees when the time comes because temperature will increase in the coming years according to researchers. That is the reason why I want to increase my online earnings so I can afford to put my loved ones in an air-conditioned room the whole day long to beat the heat next year. Electricity can be very expensive for an ordinary working person.

This is a hot hot summer and we need to make sure that we are well hydrated. We really could not avoid having so much sweat nowadays because of the weather. What's important is that we still find ways to feel fresh and not smell bad at all. Bringing an extra shirt could help. Have a small towel, hanky, or tissue papers handy so that you'll have something to wipe the sweat wherever you are. Staying in an air conditioned room and not going out if it's really sunny could help avoid getting sweaty.

Oh my God, it's too much hot here in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The temperature range from 36-38 degrees. When I come out in my room it's really really hot. When I go to my office a few meters away I am sweat already after I enter the room. Climate here is different from my country Philippines. I am newbie here maybe that is why I am always sweat. Middle East is the hottest place in the planet I think.

Hi there. I live in Switzerland. Even if most of the year it is cold here, I still sweat and sometimes even a lot. I do some sports but that is also an excemption. But I really sweat a lot, then I take a shower to be fresh again. But sweating is good to release some calories.

As far as I am concerned, I think I usually sweat a lot in these days now.For me, i think I am a person who is usually afraid of the hot weather now. In the hot days, I just usually sweat a lot .So in my daily life, I will usually prefer to stay at a room which is equiped with air conditioning . I think this may be suitable to me so much.

It is so hot here in the Philippines since it is summer. You will sweat even if you don't do anything. Also, there are others who suffered from heat stroke. Gosh! It is really hot here! I'm sweating! We don't have aircondition here so it's really hot here.

I live in New Zealand and a warm , sunny day is rare. In fact , I only recall one summer that was so hot that I could only wear my underwear without burning up and sweating profusely. IF I were in your situation I would get a fan and wear as little clothes as possible (in the privacy of your own home of course) and just put water in the fridge overnight , so that it is cool to drink the next day. Simple stuff like this should help you.

Yes, I live in a tropical country like in the Philippines. The weather is hot in summer days and even i take a bath twice a day, I still get sweat. To feel the coolest in summer, I rather go to mall where there is an airconditioning. Or watching movie on the big scree. Or simply stay in the house and drink an ice cold ice tea.

Yes. It is summer right now in my country. I feel as if the summer this year is hotter than the previous years. Maybe it is because of global warming. I sweat a lot these days. That is why I always have a deodorant and towel with me. I also a;ways wear sleeveless clothes these days.

Here in my place is same with yours but I will be sweat
seldom only if I am near with the electric fan. But I amazed
also in my body because it not produced sweats a lot like
I am in younger years. It is natural to have sweats due to
the heat of the sun and weather condition. It is normal for the
body , you just bring more face towels for your sweats and deodorant.
To be fresh all the time and sweet to smell. I guess I have a poor
circulation of blood because I will not sweat as you are even if it
is so hot. It will happen only if I am too hard and busy of work and
even not in the middle of the sun. It differs in the cycle of the
body but sweating more is normal than having it seldom.

If I encounter this situation, I would get away from this place to a cooler place. No matter how far the road, and I would go, even walking.Because I do not want to die of thirst.

Yeah, Singapore is also becoming hotter and hotter these few months. I have been staying indoors most of the time to avoid the heat, also switching on my fans almost 24 hours a day. Luckily, there's occasional rains so it will ease the situation sometimes.
